Hi Jay, under exclusions I don't see Rental transactions mentioned, and I didn't see it on their MITC/the website either. Does it come under "Real Estate Agents", or is Rental payments currently not excluded in earning points?

Rental payments usually use fall under the 6513 mcc which is in the exclusion list as real estate agents
